Have you guys ever looked at evo 6 and evo 5 vs older sti? They look pretty similar in a lot of ways. Same with evo 7 / 2005 sti. They have always been really similar. I do agree the hood from the new sti looks exactly the same as the last gen evo. I’ve had 2 sti’s but if I won the lottery I’d like to add a 06 mr

If the black cross member on the evo’s bumper was blue, they would look way more similar. I guess it’s just a thing you have to see in person

I actually saw just one WRX here in Brasil, a red one. It looks better in person than on pictures. Not that I think it’s ugly, but I always feel that something is wrong on the front end.

It didn’t come through in the pictures but the way the bumper curves around the lights along with a lot of the angles in the front are similar if you park them next to each other and look closely. The Subi would look a lot more like the Evo if the cross member between the grill and the opening/vent between the fog lights was painted black.
